A coach helps you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to go. Often you already have an idea of where you want to go and it can help if someone thinks with you about the way there.
A coach is someone who helps you to achieve your goals, to develop yourself, to make you more aware of how you want to live and who you are. My coaching can help you get a better understanding of what is important to you and what makes you happy. I do this by looking together with you at what you want, what roles you want to fulfill and what gives you energy. Through this awareness you can make easier choices, because your priorities are clear.
An important principle in coaching is that a good coach does not know the solution, but knows how to ask the right questions. Because of my experience as a coach and psychologist we can use a personal approach that suits you best.
